The challenge

The challenge

Manufacturers and distributors must prove where each product has been, in formats that regulators, customers and trading partners accept. Serialisation, aggregation and event capture across production, packing and distribution rarely live in one system.

The solution

A GS1-standard track and trace platform designed and built by Zamy. Serial numbers are allocated and printed, events are captured at every handover, units are aggregated into cases and pallets, and the full history is available for verification, recall and reporting.

The challenge

Portals, mobile apps and B2B partners all need secure access to SAP. Point-to-point interfaces multiply, every channel handles identity differently, and nobody has one view of what talks to what.

The solution

A managed API and integration layer in front of SAP, built on WSO2 or on SAP BTP. API Manager publishes and secures the APIs, the integration layer handles data conversion and logging, and an identity server federates with the organisation's directory, so every channel authenticates the same way and SAP stays the system of record.

An analytics platform on Microsoft Fabric or Qlik that extracts, models and presents SAP and enterprise data, with dashboards built around the decisions each role makes. On Fabric, Copilot is configured over the governed semantic model, so managers can ask questions in plain language and get answers from the same numbers as the dashboards.

AI Assistants & Copilots

An assistant inside the application that knows your data and respects your permissions.

The challenge

Users spend time searching screens, reading manuals and asking colleagues for information the system already holds. Generic chatbots cannot see application data, and connecting a model directly to databases is a risk no enterprise should accept.

The solution

An AI assistant embedded in the application's web and mobile interface. The application backend authenticates the user, keeps the conversation and forwards a bounded context to a separate AI service, which can call only approved read-only APIs with the user's own token. Answers stream back in real time. The model can be a managed cloud service or an open-weight model hosted privately in your Azure tenant.
